Dive into the "Mindful Mondays Literary Circle," where we meet every Monday from 6-7:30 PM, starting January 22nd to February 12th. After a reflective break, we reconvene on March 4th -April 1st.
Bessel van der Kolk's fundamental study of trauma and its consequences on the mind and body is titled "The Body Keeps the Score." This book is a great fit for our Mindful Monday Literary Club since it provides insightful guidence on comprehending and moving past challenging situations.

We believe in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment within our book club. We encourage you to take a moment to study the topics and contents of this book before opting to dive right in, allowing you to make an informed decision based on your personal comfort level.

Once the group selects the next book, we will post the title of the next book. We value the well-being of each member and want everyone to have a positive and enriching experience.
Mindful Mondays is a donation based group. Any monies gifted will go to buy books for those who are on a restricted budget as well as providing our group with light snacks and drinks.
